Whitney & Charles… parley Manor…

Some of my wedding supplier friends call me the foliage queen… And this is exactly why… This couple are ORIGINALLY from South Africa, so lush green foliage and plants were their thing… Whitney had a whopping great big protea in her bouquet (national south african flower for those who don’t know) with lots of textured trailing foliage, dried seed heads and pampas grass… the ceremony was all wild and RUSTIC… her RECEPTION was a see of pretty HANGINg lanterns, with a huge FOLIAGE canopy…and I just loved the attention to detail on the table styling too, using little gold safari animals!

Roz & Ravi… Axnoller…

This was a very special day for me… my first indian wedding!!!… when roz and ravi asked me to be their wedding florist, i was beside myself with EXCITEMENT when they SAID the words ‘mandap’!… for those who don’t know, a mandap is a four sided open structure where a hindu ceremony takes place… they have to be pretty big, as you can see, it requires space for at least four people, along with chairs and ACCESSORISES ESSENTIAL to the ceremony… It was one of the best days of my life, to not only create this for them, but to see the ACTUAL CEREMONY take place, with everyone dressed in their FINEST sari’s, plus traditional indian music, drums, dancing and amazing food!

Charlotte & Kieran… Burley Manor…

This amazing boho ceremony is another classic example of how to go all out for your ceremony, reusing everything to create long banquet style tablescapes… this super cute couple have known each other since they were kids, and they also work together in the new forest, so it was a no BRAINER that these guys were going to go all out woodland in their styling… They hired this awesome birch arch with macrame hanging, which became centre stage for the entire wedding! Boho rugs were hired in, which totally made this entire look… I dressed the aisle with fern plants and wood slices… dressed the arch with wild foliage and chinese lanterns, matching the HANGING CHANDELIERS above! After the ceremony I WhisKED it all away, creating beautiful, detailed, woodland tablescapes for their guests to dine amongst!

MELISSA & tOM… lULWORTH CASTLE…

Lulworth castle and my moongate are LITERALLY a MARRIAGE made in HEAVEN… I also got to use my gold geometric stands in a different way, dressed with large storm lanterns, cascading foliage and beautiful white blousy peonies… My moongate was dressed with masses of textured foliage and white garden blooms, using hydrangeas, roses and peonies… PAMPAS grass finished this ULTRA lavish look.. and have you ever seen such yummy grey BRIDESMAIDS dresses!

Sian & Martyn… Burley Manor…

So this wedding was all about the peonies… with such a statement flower, everything else quite simply fades into the back ground, they’re just epic! Sian & Martyn chose the uber cosy burley manor to say their ‘i do’s’… I teamed up with stylist ‘linen & lace’.. and pimped up their ceremony… lanterns and candles lined the aisle with little jars of flowers here and there… FOLIAGE bundles, with burgundy trailing ribbon, hung from chairs down the aisle, meeting a show stopper fireplace arrangement, framing the ceremony area… the beauty of this little lot… it was all reused to create long banquet style tablescapes AFTER the ceremony, getting SERIOUS bang for your buck!

Charlotte & Curly… Lusty Glaze…

how beautifully awesome are these shots! The perfect easy breezy beach wedding… Charlotte is a life long friend of mine and also wedding photographer… I was HONOURED when she asked me to be her wedding florist!
So basically its all about the beach for charlotte… soft grey floaty colours keeping things super simple was the brief. We chose masses of textured EUCALYPTUS for the bouquets, with nude, dusty lilac, and ivory blooms nestled within… Her floral arch framing the ceremony area had soft, white, floaty fabric and messy florals… the aisle was lined with eucalyptus bundles tied with dusty rough cut blue ribbon, these where later re-USED behind the top table… her table styling was super simple using pale blue and clear glass gin bottles with simple florals from the chosen theme… Linen and lace added the finishing touches with candle light styling along with sea glass name places… THE WHOLE day was just perfect!

Sarah & andy… Lulworth castle…

LITERALLY the most excited I’ve ever been… This was the day I got to play with trees!
Sarah & andy came to me with a love for woodland settings, they wanted their guests to feel like they were amongst the trees talking a stroll in the forest… The ceremony was the star of the show with a tree lined aisle, show stopper floral arch, plus masses of candle STYLING everywhere! The reception and top table were given equal attention featuring a dramatic foliage back drop, with hanging flowers and lanterns… and check out the attention to detail on the table styling!

Georgie & Omar… Axnoller…

Winter wedding on the day of a hurricane… first for me! Despite the howling wind and rain, Georgie and Omar were very lucky and managed to dodge the rain getting the ultimate confetti shot coming out of the church… Back at Axnoller barn, the room was packed with show stopper tall and short table centrepieces, full of textured winter foliage and dainty white flowers… the barn was brought to life with pillar candles and tea lights everywhere, bringing a warm cosy glow to a gloomy day!

Laura & James… rhinefield house…

The ULTIMATE woodland wedding set in the new forest…
Laura is from the states and wanted wow her guests with the GRANDEUR of rhinefeild, and everything QUINTESSENTIALLY BRITISH! Her love of foliage made my job easy! Seasonal messy bouquets had dainty white flowers and lilac rose… The venue was dressed with tall table centrepieces mimicking the theme, with trailing foliage, sumptuous FLORAL’s and cosy CANDLE light.. A long top tablescape was created with sprawling flowers, masses of candlesticks, tea lights and chunky pillar candles… The grand fire place created the perfect back drop with huge foliage arrangement and hanging globe tea lights on mass!
